Lakeview Water Sports Cancellation Policy

Cancellation only applies to inclement weather on the day of your CraigCat®, Feelfree® Kayak, pontoon boat, Yolo Sup Board, Schiller Water Bike, or Otter island Swim Raft.

All Lakeview Water Sports bookings & sales are final. Cancellation only applies to bad weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast). Florida rain can be unpredictable and there is always a chance of it.

Please give us 48 hours prior notice prior to canceling.

If you decide to cancel your booking inside the 48 hour window before your scheduled trip, 50% of the payment will be refunded to your credit card. 50% refund only applies to reservations when payments are made in full. There is no refund available for reservations that are partially paid.

No refund will be available for any cancellation notice less than 48 hours before a boat rental. If you want to change your schedule to another day or time, please let us know 48 hours prior to your scheduled boat rental. Lakeview Water Sports is pleased to help you reschedule your boat rental to the next available date. We will not be able to make date change requests within 48 hours of your boat rental. Change requests are subject to additional fees.
