Your personal data is collected by Lakeview Water Sports and third parties for Stripe payment processing, communication, and data collection.

Your personal data is freely provided to do business with Lakeview Water Sports. Data provided by you will be used by Stripe and third-party processors to accept boat rental payments. Lakeview Water Sports collects your information to reserve or book boat rentals. Lakeview Water Sports is not responsible for data collected by Stripe of any third-party applications.

Lakeview Water Sports does not collect your information for monetary purposes. We do not sell data to third-party companies. If you provide your information through Stripe or third-party applications, you give consent to use your data. Lakeview Water Sports is not responsible for how Stripe or third-party companies use or collect your data.

You as the user of Lakeview Water or an in-person customer who is responsible for the data you provide on or at Lakeview Water Sports, Stripe, third-party processing companies, and other internet applications that may advertise or market to you.

The data collected and processed is at the Lakeview Water Sports rental location in Sebring, Florida and surrounding places where third-party companies are involved in the processing or renting boats are located.

Depending on the User’s location, data transfers may involve transferring the User’s Data to a country other than their own. Places of processing payments are at the discretion of Stripe and or third-party companies Lakeview Water Sports uses to conduct boat rental services.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
